These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to bookings, purchases, and attendance at Rising Tides events, sessions, and programmes.

By registering for, purchasing, or attending any Rising Tides offering, you agree to these terms.

General

We aim to describe our events and services as accurately as possible. We may make reasonable changes to content, schedules, facilitators, or delivery where necessary.

Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in GBP. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an instalment arrangement is expressly offered. VAT will be included where applicable.

Cancellations and changes by Rising Tides

If Rising Tides cancels or postpones an event, you will be offered either:

• a transfer to an alternative date or event, or

• a refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rising Tides is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other external costs incurred by attendees.

Participant conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and maintain confidentiality regarding the personal experiences of others. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the event or learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be due.

Intellectual property

All materials, content, recordings, presentations, and resources provided by Rising Tides remain the property of Rising Tides and/or its facilitators unless otherwise stated. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Recordings

Online sessions may be recorded for legal, operational, or programme purposes. By attending a recorded session, you consent to this. Where recordings are made available, they are for authorised participants only.

Disclaimer

Rising Tides events and services are for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rising Tides shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any event, programme, or session. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant event or service.

Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
