Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, transfers, and non-attendance are handled.

If Rising Tides cancels or postpones

If we need to cancel or postpone an event, you will be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer to an alternative date or event

Rising Tides is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other third-party costs.

One-to-one sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session: full refund

  • Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the session: refund less a 25% administrative fee

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance: no refund

Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.

Retreats, seminars, and workshops

  • Cancellations made at least 2 months before the start date: refund less a 10% administrative fee

  • Cancellations made less than 2 months before the start date: 50% refund

  • Non-attendance: no refund

Group programmes

Group programmes are non-refundable once purchased.

Non-attendance

No refund will be provided for non-attendance unless required by law.

Transfers

Any transfer to another date, event, or person is at Rising Tides’ discretion unless otherwise stated in writing.
